Is this a good time to point out that C63s seem to be easily obtained via some very reasonable financing products?

When we pop in to see Dash this week we could stop by MB Dartford afterwards?

Nick, do stop being beastly to the C63 crowd; they are clearly very sensitive individuals so could not possibly be chavs.

I have only been a member on here for a few months, on looking at the number of members, 58,000 plus I think one or two disagreements are inevitable. Nick has been a member since Jan 2003, some nine years, and over 5000 threads. I feel sure that had Nick been a problem it would have been spotted some time ago. I have never met Nick and feel sure he is more than able to defend himself. I make these comments as a new member with no favourites or axes to grind. This is a forum, a place to talk to other like minded people, people who like cars, Mercedes cars in the most, but all are welcomed. In my opinion trying to get someone black balled because of a few comments is tantamount to bullying.

Clue - don't start a thread on the subject!

Forums are public places with different folk expressing different opinions. If you can't accept someone else's view it's best to tune out and ignore it. It will disappear before long...
Different opinions are part and parcel of any forum, and life!

Insults - that's for moderators to sort out in line with forum rules, but asking for mods to sort that out for you publically is naive, you're just given the fire some more fuel.

As someone said earlier, you've got a top car Mika, to hell with what anyone else says or thinks about anything to do with it, you enjoy it

i think its fair to say there have been a huge number of insults, snide remarks, digs etc etc made regarding AMGs and specifically C63's
all in good humour...i dont think !

These comments are in my opinion directed at the owners/drivers of such vehicles and i have to state that some or all of the comments and insults are both inaccurate and unreasonable

If these comments were directed at another sub group on this forum i wonder would the admin team do something about it?

If we respond with personal insults i would expect the admins to take action
-in fact i remember the admins closing a thread when the AMG boys "returned serve"

If the insults continue i think you will drive the AMG or at least some of them away - i know some hardly post now because of the tediousness

This forum is potentially excellent although several have warned collegues to stay away as there were a lot of muppets on this forum - ( this is true even though you may wish to not believe it )

Mercedes has always been a premium brand and within that AMG and its variants are also premium

I dont much appreciate being referred to as a loadsa money chav credit using
blah blah blah and i dont wish to demonstrate my means either

yes there are several types of AMG boys on this forum
detailers, performance junkies and old timers ( i will happily take a seat in the third section ) but in my meetings yes at glorious bluewater and the like
I have never met anything other than quality decent individuals

so i put it to both the admins and to those who would deny being offensive
carry on if you wish and you will drive us away

Oh and before you all deny it im happy to print a list of names
but hey the weasels know who they are

i would respectfully ask the admins not to remove this post or to close the thread just yet

and i would suggest that the use of the word "muppet" and "weasel" dont warrant a ban even though i am a C63 driver

Ive shown some of these threads/insults to non Merc folk and there reaction was total dismay

The lady doth protest too much, methinks.

What utter nonsense, Hitler may have had the same or similar issues
