AMG Trackday...Dates

Right, sorry for the late reply. I only normally flit between general discussion/OT and tend to forget about the other sections of the forum.. plus I've had the dreaded man flu for the last couple of days so am generally not that with it

At the moment I could make both April 29 or August 13. I'm happy to pony up some cash for the deposit, however I could well end up dropping out depending on work circumstances (boring, I know). But I'm prepared to take that chance.. this sounds like a fun day out!

How about... booking both 29/4 and 13/8? I would be up for both events. Might be a long shot but there's some possible interest from AudiSRS crowd or so I heard. Plus, events would be 4 months apart.

Thanks Jess. Seems like people are torn between the two so maybe by having both dates available we could gather more people up?

Hi Guys, Yes I spoke to Nige earlier and he said that there could be a few from the SRS site as Alx says that would be interested and could make up numbers if need be.

Ricky, as with the rest of the lads it sounds like both dates are a good option for most including myself but I leave that in the hands of everyone else and if the numbers are there that would be fantastic.

Great to hear that Palmball can make both dates also and really good to hear from him. It will be great to see that Porker giving it some beans round GW.

To all the guys replied, this is great news and will be good to catch up and meet some new faces. I am sure this will be a raving success for all that attend and my hat goes off to Ricky for sorting this all out, keep those requests coming guys and get your names down for what I am sure is going to end up a very popular and exciting event.

Amg track day date/ and people list

Spoke to GW today, told both the 29th April and 13th August still available, and unless any of them get booked tomorrow morning, (very unlikley) we have till the 3rd of Jan to commit to a date/dates. I detail the list of people intrested in the two dates we have adopted. Some are listed twice, as they are either not fussed which day it is, or would like to go on both dates.......List.

Think this is all shaping up nicely.

Ricky - I'm up for this so put me down. I'm fairly flexible date wise but the 13th August sounds good.

The question is....will the Porsche still be around in the summer for the event ???

Mate don't ever forget this section, you are a big part of it my friend regardless of the beast you drive. I am sure the V8 AMG noise will eventually bring you back fully one day! Its too entoxicating to be away from that noise for too long.
