I’ve seen a couple. I think they’re fully leccy and the 70 is the newest plate. Came out at the start of the month.

Just seen in Preston - 1Y on a Range Rover Sport. Guessing that the plate is probably many times the cost of the car! Will this have been one of the first plates ever issued?
