On a Bentley Continental today in Sheffield - D14 UGS - I read it as drugs.

And it was parked next to a police car!

No worries, found it today in the NCP car park.

(shortly after spending £30 on a new one with blingy chrome bracket as that's all they had and having to buy one for the back as well to match)

Ah well at least I have a spare now.
