Anyone seen any good number plates on cars lately?

By pure coincidence,

SME 11Y on a Porsche 911 in Broadstairs, Kent
W1 FFY on a Mini on the M2 later same day

432 ONE on a VW the other day.

spotted a gorgeous one of these the other day

with the number plate:

1 FER

Not usually a fan of car related number plates, but got to say it looked the bomb.

The car also had the biggest brake capliers i've ever seen.

Belongs to Chris Evans

L22 DSU on a CLS55, but with a chav plate mis spaced as L22DS U  on the M2 in Kent

VOR 1 on a silver car in the fog this morning on the A272. MB 19 on a Range Rover parked next to me in Brighton earlier today aswell.

18 ULB spaced to read 1 BULB on a Pimlico Electricians Transit van this morning near Bexley in Kent.

I've waited ages to get them both parked in the right order. :D

Well, when they're both there, they're usually parked in the right order. :)

Interesting to note that YOU 848E was sold at last week's DVLA auction. I hope against hope that it was purchased by the Havant-based family that owns 1 GOT (and who also happen to own 2 NOT and RU 15).

What did that make? There was OHH 848Y too. I bid on XBE A5T but it made crazy money.:(

AK 5 on a Maybach yesterday, on the A46 heading out of Newark towards Lincoln.

Fetched £4300 at auction in October 2006. TOP 934R had gone for less than half that a few months earlier.

What am I missing here please? (I feel a  coming up when you tell me) TOP i understand. possibly TOPR as in Topper. What do the numerals indicate. I do not see how it generated so much money.

Saw a car today with R100ME J as the reg.

Couldn't work out to start with what it was based on, then realised it was originally R100 MEJ. What it was meant to read is beyond me? :dk:
