A number plate I've seen in the flesh a few times (on a S210 like mine - same colour) and for sale on several occasions is TEN 510N.

Looks superb as TENSION and I'd like to own it, but at £15k and £25k (figures it has been advertised at) its way too much to spend on a plate.

One of my customers from many years ago (I'm 99.9% sure) had the plate NHS 1. His name was Norman Hartley, owner of Norman Hartley Signs.

I think this is 1 OU, although that's apparently on a BMW C1 at the moment (while 10 U is supposed to be on a Toyota Auris).

Saw this today, then saw LEE 6 (on a Range Rover) a few miles further along the A40.

I'm 90% certain that the owner used to have this registration on a VW Phaeton W12?

Its counterpart VW 11 (along with VW 1 and AUD 1) used to belong to the Ian Skelly Group (no, not The Coral), who had VAG car dealerships in Liverpool and Glasgow. The reverse issues were bought at DVLA sales: 1 VW went for £11,000 in 1996, and 11 VW for £5500 in 1998.
