'WE11 JEL' is on her white Range Rover. I believe the actual plate is owned not by her, but by a businessman who allows it to be displayed on her car. Same goes for 'her' salon.

And Luisa Zissman was on The Apprentice and 'Celebrity' Big Brother a few years ago I believe. Made a lot of money selling beauty products

Reminds me I was an idiot a few years ago when I listened to the OH about not buying a plate rather than do as I thought.....new car, browsed for a plate and found BO08 DOC.....it was normal price from DVLC.......never going to listen again

pen 15 did belong ( maybe still does) to steve parish, i remember seeing him flash past me on what was then the A45 ( now the A14) newmarket ish area a couple of times in a black merc ( cant remember the model), he had it spaced so as to read penis.... a few months later i read in a daily paper ( probably the sun so it must be true ) he had been stopped and had been told to space and present it correctly !
