I'm REALLY sorry if this question has been asked but why don't Merc offer the 350e in AMG Line guise?

I know this may seem a very critical comment on what is in fact an amazing car but I really like the AMG Line trim & Alloys.

I wonder why?

Give it another 9 months.

The after market rear bumpers are out there already, and in Germany you can order the AMG front end from factory with wheels and interior.

A colleague just been quoted May 2016 delivery.

I'm glad you posted that. I got a quote today from a leasing company on a 350e Estate on a personal lease. They quoted March 2016 delivery.

Reading about the delays on here I really don't believe my lease man.

Done about 25 miles in it today, mainly in comfort and sport plus mode. The acceleration is superb. There is plenty to play around with in there I could of spent the whole day fiddling about with the menus, but just connected my phone (really easy to do) and played with the different driving modes.

Just curious, did you go through Leaseplan to get the car activated or straight to the dealer? I'm still aiming to see if I can find a "friendly dealer" that will enable it for me anyway..

I did both, I hadn't been a member here so had no knowledge but just knew it was a feature and as such spoke to the dealer and confirmed they did it, then covered it off with Leaseplan via email and had no issues.

I wonder as my car is a perk, salary sacrifice, although registered to Leaseplan. Has that made a difference??

I don't get why the tracking would be a problem, surely at the point the car goes back then the user can be wiped? I don't get the argument. Have I missed something?

My understanding is not all cars can have the history wiped have options tun on and off so easier to say no to everyone

Noticed my range was well down did not check the % will do that tomorrow and let you know

100% this morning with exact same car settings, time of leaving and car plugged into the same socket. I guess it must have been so much colder yesterday that it took extra power to warm up / defrost..

Maybe we need to get out those long forgotten engine heaters that were employed years and years ago to prevent engines from freezing. I know, I know we are all suppose to be green today

If the Comand system is set up now you might well be able to track your car in real time via the MercedesMe App on the way to you
