That is a huge steal! Normally that's how much non-forged wheels go for. Saved yourself thousands.

Finally got my ebay sourced used-but-genuine 507 wheels fitted.
Was nice to get under the car whilst up on the ramp, looks new under there!
Yes, yes, I know they lack the proper diamond cut, but I’m very happy with them nonetheless. The sun came out today, big shock, so I thought I’d rush out and take some pics before it rains again...

Looking Good Fella, … Just need to do the brake calipers now.
I take full credit for convincing you in the first place.
Totally agree... I meant clean them![]()
Thank you - love the look and I think it suits the car.... just a real pain to keep looking its best. CheersAnother one here.
Black is the new black...!
Indeed, thanks for the tip off Dan.
Rocky, I paid £900 for them. Frankly, I think that was a steal!

The only downside to the 205 wheels is the low front offset. At ET38 and 8.5J they stick out 13.4mm more than standard. It works no problem but ideally for me would be a bit less. The rear is perfect and only sticks out 4.4mm more. Therefore, you are increasing the front track by 18mm more relative to the rear. In theory a wider front track means less understeer though...

View attachment 87067 Morning, does anyone know what sort of security fitting this is? One on either side of the rear diffuser and not so easy to get at, so I think having the right bit is crucial as damaging it with the wrong one would leave you with a real headache. Thanks in advance. Simon.

Isn’t that a rivet of some sort
Might be although the head shape seems too specific for a rivet. Crazy as there is only one at each side of the diffuser but difficult to get at, can't get the diffuser off without removing these. There is a YouTube video of someone removing the diffuser on a C63 but it says these fittings are torx which they clearly are not. Not sure if the 507 is different from the standard C63 for this fitting - for the time being I am stumped. Thanks.
