Re tyres, no, they’re not the same and perhaps this is the reason for the slightly different feel there.

I’m still very much enjoying the car though. I’m having a reversing camera fitted soon and the winter wheels / tyres.

I agree with what you Nigel. I've just bought a PPP estate after owning the coupe and it definitely seems quieter (in a bad way) than the coupe inside the cabin. Need to get the secondary cats and/or resonantor deleted ASAP!

I had been seriously debating selling mine recently after receiving a good offer for it but I just can't part with it. There is absolutely nothing that offers the exclusivity, rawness, noise, comfort and refinement on the market.

Plus I know how long it took me to find one that hadn't secretly been in a ditch..! Although there are cars on the market for low 30K now I think you would be fortunate still to find one in pristine condition for anywhere near this. It hit me then that only 3 years ago I had to pay double the average cost to find an immaculate low mileage R32 Golf and they aren't even 1/10th as rare as these!

Hi dan, your post is spot on, I’ve had a good offer on my immaculate 507 estate And wondered weather or not to sell or just store during the winter.

The bikes are very secure Nigel ;) , I’ve been a Marquez fan since I started watching him ride 125cc, every time he swings a leg over the RC213V you know there will be lots of entertainment, I hope his shoulder is ok when he gets to Sepang :thumb::)
