Another 1 owner Estate - doesn't look a daft price for the mileage and spec either... Shame I still can't get back into 1. Hopefully there will still be some decent ones around when I can go shopping properly again.

I got offered 35 for mine from a trader. 12k Miles, similar spec to andys just no carbon but a year newer.
Wow that was quite a decent bid from a trader!
Most up for sale (traders) prices differ between 32-37 (incl margins)
But I guess mileage and condition are paramount and could Reflect..

Im not, if you read my previous post I decided to keep it. Like for like it cant be replaced and without me adding 20-30k I can't get myself what I wanted (997T PDK) and I wasn't willing to sell my other car and start running up and down the country looking for one, it was hard enough to find my car and I can't be doing with the hunting again so soon...

Get your post count up to 25 and you can use PM. Mines done 15,500 miles and I’ll happily let you have a look if we’re in the right ball park

To be fair looking around. 40 is really the top end scale. More probably 37-38 on a dealers forecourt. But could be wrong..
Assuming yours is Fully Loaded? Has it got LSD? As not many have after looking for months

Nope not really no LSD. Privacy, HK, reversing cam, illuminated sills, interior lighting and I think something else? For reference a friend offered 39500 and almost twisted my arm but push come to shove I kept it. I did however help him source another car for significantly less.
