C63 507 Model Register

I’ve not been on the site for a bit through work commitments, fatigue and missing the 507 ...

Mark up was 5.5k
Looking at prices now, it seems that is the going rate and a bit of haggling will get you a little off the price I guess.

The car sold quickly too, didnt even get pictures on the website [emoji41]

That’s fair, I would guess you got discount on your car too because you traded it in. I’d have settled for black again if it would have been that price

Hi Phil

I’ll pm you re the car in Ireland. Have you any AMG sales contacts, they may have access to the most accurate numbers of 507s sold in the U.K.

Andy

Hi Andy. No AMG sales contacts I’m afraid. Would be great if someone could just give me the VIN’s of every 507 sold. Job done [emoji3]

The proposed route for the afternoon drive out to the Lion Inn. There are only a couple of major junctions which should make keeping everyone together much easier. This is a very scenic route but quite exposed , the Moors above Sleights are 1000 feet above sea level, fingers crossed its a fine day :)

Oops, sorry folk that’s not got much to do with the 507 Register, unless loads of 507 owners want to come along on the 14 April :D

Hmmm LOL.

Amazing how something so simple as having the right set of wheels can completely transform the overall look of the car.
Well priced though..

Indeed. I don’t understand the reasoning to get the 18s on the beast when the -9s are so unique and standout.

The 19s are a centre of attention usually at the lights.

It may have been specced with the 507 alloys but at some point they were damaged , sold etc and the 18s were the cheaper option. The 507 alloys look great and definitely give it the special look.

The 19" silver/grey wheels were the factory standard. 19" black were an extra cost of £510.
The 18" wheels were a no cost option. Amazingly 10% of purchasers chose this rather than the 19" wheels. The car above had 18" from the factory.

I believe some of the cars with 18" wheels were specced by Merc dealers as their demo / showroom display cars. Still begs the question Why?

The 18's are same part no as the normal 18's on the c63 w204?

Apologies, it had 19” black wheels from the factory so must’ve been swapped at some time since it was last sold in 2016
