C63 Owners do you get problems?

I get grief from my curtain twitcher neighbours about how loud it is, and a fair few hatchbacks either 2mm behind me wanting me to gun it or smashing the limiter at lights wants to hear it.

Can't believe people spitting and throwing stuff at you, must be a pretty crap area for people to be doing things like that - Where is it? As ill be sure to stay away ;)

Stourbridge. Allegedly a decent area.

Maybe try invest in a dashcam, might deter people who see it and if anything happens you'll hopefully have evidence to report to the police

Shocking. :(

I've owned a few different performance brands over the years and I've never experienced anything like this. My Porsches seemed to invoke the greatest resentment and anger from other drivers and people in general.

It`s plain and simple jealousy. Some people react maliciously, which is disgusting. Some people just snigger/snub you.

Make take on this is........Fook em !

Let's hope he went for the storage pack that adds lugging points in the boot :D

I didn't buy it new - I can't afford a £75k car!

Reminds me a few years back when I was early 20s, I used to meet up with an older Asian lass from work who was a cracking hourglass shape in her early / mid 40s. Used to wear really well fitted tops and you could see the outline of everything - and there was plenty there.

We had nowhere to go so often used cars. I found her Volvo S40 and previous 440 and my E36 325, E36 M3 Evo were great in the back if you pulled the front seats forward first.

The bonnet was a perfect height too.

Good times. That lasted 3 years.

Be no good on the bonnet of a Merc as the badge would go up her bum :D

Ah, I was talking about from the side on the OS wing usually.

And your assuming what position she assumed! ;)

:D

That wasn't the first thing on my mind to be honest!

Who says romance is dead...

Getting a bit hot in here :D

bit back on topic, today I could have had somebody throw a projectile at my car.

I could have been in the position of the car in front of me, just moving through a green light. Fortunately I was the car behind and I caught it on dashcam.

I don't think the car in front of me did any wrong to deserve that?

Bloody muppet!

The guy seemed to want the Toyota to stop in the road, and he signalled his family to cross as well. The Toyota paused to let him cross, then continued - as obviously it was a green light and he had right of way.

The guy didn't like it and threw something that went *bang* (I don't have sound as youtube remove due to copyright)

My wife said if it were our vehicle we should have stopped and given way to the whole family on the green light. I tend to disagree as the car has right of way, however I would have had something thrown at my car even harder given I was driving a very shiny Mercedes.

Crossing the road rule 8 of the highway code says, If pedestrians have started crossing at a road junction when cars are approaching, then cars approaching later have to give way to pedestrians.
The pedestrian crossing appears to be out of use.

That's correct, but I'd have run the Fokker down - what a dikwad

(except my car would have braked itself - bloody technology :D)
