Just get a couple of cans of 5 wheel silver.
The key with painting wheels is to be bold with the paint , don't be hesitant , no dusting it on or anything like that. It's almost as if the can knows if you are not confident.
Do them laying down on a workbench , try and avoid getting right to he end of the can as the paint will start to 'spot' because you are spraying downwards.
I wouldn't bother lacquering them afterwards , unless you do it exactly right , you will end up just making the silver look grey.
