Drag Race

I thought that but I've read on here that it makes no difference.

Given how mine takes off, I can well believe it.

Plus the M5 does not have DSG gearbox, It's called a DCT :)

Yes for Dual Clutch Transmission, but the principle is the same as DSG and boy does it shift fast, up and down :)

Are you seeing alot of the flashing yellow triangle on the dash at this time of year?, I know I am.

It was not the PP, the PP has red brake calipers for a start...

Have you read the Auto car review? they even said the car they tested did not come with the optional PP! :)

Red calipers are for the C Class, E63 PP makes 550 brake which is what this car has. We are both talking about the EVO test aren't we ?

Don't believe everything you read on here.

I believe Paul...

I don't know what type of LSD MB use, the US guys that use Quaife have proven that it makes 0 difference in their 1/4 mile times. With that said, it is a great upgrade and if you are an enthusiastic driver on the road and like to take your car around the track then that's when the Quaife really shines.

Paul

I'd ask for any evidence to the contrary?

I do all times of the year as it happens!

Yes it does, helps put the power down better and reduces wheel spin.

How can it? If the wheels are equally (weight) loaded and no torque reaction effects are present, how does it improve traction?
