guess the reserve....

  We welcome and strongly advise viewing of our disposal vehicles at our dealership before bidding.

No history you say.. bad wheelarch repairs...

hmm I'd bid £500, run it for as long as it lasts..

Oh and that exhaust - what's going on with that !!!!

Realistically, what is the max you would pay, bearing in mind there is absolutely no evidence of the mileage other than visual?

No leather. no air, dints, rust, bits missing.

Wouldn't even give them the £500 its currently on.

Bills bills bills and more bills, millage is academic.

I know I'm guessing from the photos, but I reckon that there's a fair chance that mileage is genuine - engine bay looks clean - the cam covers on the 300-24s always seem pretty yellowed with higher mileage? The interior also looks quite fresh, 'matt' finish to the steering wheel, gear shifter etc - pedals don't look worn, seat unworn, digits fairly well aligned on the speedo etc.

Doesn't mean it's worth loads (and it's bodywork is no better than most other '90 W124s either...) but I guess they reckon it's worth more than it is.

I'll guess that they're asking ~ £2000? I'd say it's worth less than half that considering it's a prefacelift W124 saloon in green with cloth seats, no air con and bearing in mind the bodywork issues!

Hmmmm, it's obviously quite high as it's back on for the second time, I reckon £2500.

This vehicle, taken in part exchange at our Citroen Dealership in BIRMINGHAM and is offered here for Auction Disposal

Someone's going to be very, very disappointed with their new car :thumb:

Anyone want me to go view it?? Its about 2 mile from me as the crow flies.

Funnily enough I would be going to view the car in a.....G plate 300e-24 saloon with 164k and much better spec and condition than the one for sale. Might help them realise its overpriced.
