Heads Up: Final Topgear with Clarkson etc Tonight - 8pm BBC2

:(

Watch Quentin and wooden Jodie and tell me losing TG is a good thing.

Gary Lineker as guest?

That's probably what caused the fracas.

No steak is bad enough, but if your dinner is just a bag of crisps you would certainly want to thump someone…

Final ever Clarkson Topgear, Gary Lineker guest.

BBC2 8PM

I saw it advertised earlier in the online version of Radio Times.

However, when you click on it, it states:

This episode is not scheduled for broadcast.
Click follow and your watchlist will alert you next time that it's available.

So I wonder if they will show it or a different one...

It's on my sky listing on the box for 1hr 15 starting at 8pm

Was wondering when this is/was a couple hours ago. Thanks for the reminder. :)

In that case - I shall be watching!

Well I'll certainly miss it

Absolute cracking Top Gear finale had me and my lad in stitches.

I'll miss it in its JC incarnation very much. :(

Agreed. Apart from the rather (unsurprisingly) low key links, it was vintage and the classic car bits had me in stitches.

Brilliant 'reports' but the links were done by men working their notice.

Long Live the Three Musketeers

IMO, excellent! Back on form, ironically! Sad it's over - or at least 'till the Netflix (or wherever) version comes out!

Thoroughly enjoyed that.
Laughing away at Hammond on the plane :)
No, I know it isn't a 'real' car programme, and it is all staged, but it is men with cars acting like kids and I love it.

"We don't talk about the elephant in the room"

Very clever I thought putting it in the studio.

A fitting finale to a British institution. All the things that were good about TG in one episode. Shame to see it go , but a great way to bow out.

I'd no idea this was the last TG, only stumbled on it being aired by chance. Wasn't going to bother as Clarkson's antics were getting ever so slightly tedious. Ended up watching and enjoying every minute, extremely funny and a fitting tribute to the show.

I thought it a bit sad , with James and Richard doing the links in an empty studio .

The first sequence about the classic cars I found amusing , even if they were hamming it up somewhat ; the second with the 4x4's was just the sort of drivel that , for me , took the programme beyond its sell by date .
