Nope it doesnt. With regards to the LAW, xenons can be retrofitted, but only new cars with xenon must have headlamp washers and automatic levelling

Are you sure? What about the mini. That was/is available from new with Xenons and no washers.

My mums mini has Xenons and washers...

They are not obvious as the jets 'pop' out of the side chrome surround


(not my mums car...just googled it) but see the surround then look where the gap is..jets pop out there
