No Aux socket or menu option ?

Just got round to wanting to plug the iPod into the CL, grab cable from SL, open glovebox - nothing - no socket. On further inspection there is no aux option in the menu.

I'm guessing that even though it's an 06 newer than the SL and the same age as my past CLS it has a lesser comand ?

What options do I have please experts

Are you pressing audio twice on the command.

I shall check - I have radio, cd mp3 and changer so far

On mine first press displays radio & cd. Second press displays aux. aux socket is in passenger side of glovebox behind a bung.

My aux button on COMAND is in the top right hand corner after pressing audio twice.

No aux input on the Comand unit in a CL and no way to add one. Also doesnt support the official ipod kit as no aux input.
