Proposed Very far South GTG

Pammy I'm shocked at the thought of it, mine at least has a top coat that is a true colour. Anyway it would be nice to see you again if we can get the dates convenient for most people. I can loan you a reasonable sized tent with airbeds if you need it.

I agree with you on the colour or lack of it :D and I think Pammy would look good wearing a tent

Opps, just realised that I am going to Cumber and will see the good lady Pammy, need somewhere to hide

 ooh - you do love the adrenaline rush of living dangerously don't you chuck :p

On second thoughts we could just respray Pammy's car and throw Pammy in the oggin (thats the sea Pammy). Silver is an afterthought for the visually impaired......will now hide in a dark place cos Grav's is silver and he frightens me.

see - all this banter John - they don't just save it for the board  :D they do it my face :o :p but revenge can be so sweet

But its a very pretty face Pammy, creep creep

And here was me thinking you had guts  You realise of course that with creeping I will be left at the mercy of Auntie Pammy :o

:D :D Ouch

As Ian have stated we are extremely flexible on dates. I have tried to contact MikeL to seek his opinion on the state of the M5 during the very peak holiday week-ends.

Years ago it used to reach saturation point and we would see huge traffic jams simply due to the high volume of traffic?

I am certainly NOT intending to turn anyone off. The A38 runs parallel to the M5 for its whole length and might sometimes be the better option. Plus I suppose most motorways suffer a similar problem.

I am really enjoying being a member of this forum and am so looking forward to this GTG.

I might even put a bounty on the horrible magpies that are now waving back at me as I attempt to 'frighten' them.

Who on this forum has the most influence with the man in charge of the weather, as we must make sure we organise a nice day.

Grav888
As a point of interest Hopes Nose is just at the bottom of our avenue and is a very popular fishing spot with a national reputation. Plus there is white gold amongst the rocks!!

Bye for now,
John

Its ok Ian, i doubt if Pammy could find the location as she would have to get through several counties to get to John's, either she would get lost or have to use a very large ball of string tied to her front door! and did I detect the slightest hint of panic in your note............ stand firm and front up to your fears, and I will stand right behind you. :)

As long as I don't have to go on a boat I'll prob just about make it :p

And P - I think even standing behind Ian, I might still be able to get you :p You're taller than he is :D

I think thats an "Ouch" to Pammy just being a fearsome northener. And Grav, i was just concerned about you being a rough tough trucker and my propensity to leaking when bashed violently with fists or other blunt implements, unless of course copius amounts of falling down fluid can get me off the hook. Will anyone be camping that weekend as that could be a major laugh.

Copious amounts sounds good
Depending on the poll outcome, I will be having a week down in Brixham, so will be camping and fishing, camping and fishing, camping and fishing.
Oh and DRINKING
