Lol!! Its not just boats, we have live music, lifeboat demos, the 'London Phoenix' (the fire boat comes and does demos , etc etc etc beer tents you name it ...

Were getting a bit OT here.....
I'm on duty that day with 3 others , and as such am responsible for the safety and wellbeing of those 11,999 people, I am also expected to be the font of all knowledge with regards to the river should any of those 11,999 people want to know anything....

We will be a lock down ( barge lock is full of boats all day for viewings) so we'll be trying to get anything up to 500 boats up and downstream using one lock with thousands of people watching our every move, including Baroness Young (head of EA) Ms Mckeever (head of waterways) so as you can imagine everything has to run like clockwork..
It would be a poor career move to bail out of it a month before...

23 days to go, Accomodation booked for the trip down, Car will be Diamond Brighted, serviced and new stearing damper fitted. Never been to Torquay so really looking forward to this trip. Not to late to add to the list Address will be pm'd to those going a little nearer the time.
