S320CDI W220 Airmatic Warning Message Issue

I know this has been covered many times but I need help!
I have a warning message come up on the dash that says"airmatic visit workshop". A friend on mine plugged his computer into the car and it tells him that the o/s suspension valve is out of range. What does this mean?
The airmatic works perfectly, raises within 20-30secs and seems fine and the pump is very quiet.

I expect the strut is the culprit on that o/s
