We've been working with the ViseeO people in Taiwan to get the UK iPhones working properly with the ViseeO - the address book download wasnt working (entries were not being decoded properly) and there were some spurious incoming calls during the address book download - this seemed to be a combination of iPhone software release 1.1.3 onwards and newer ViseeO software causing the problem
I'm glad to say we now have new Software for the Bluetooth processor in the cradle to make the iPhone address book download work properly, and a main CPU software upgrade for older cradles which makes them work better in cars with the UHI connector and a 6310i cradle.
Full marks to ViseeO for listening and working out our issues - as you can imagine if the Mercedes HFP cradle doesnt work with a certain phone, its 'tough luck'.
So, if you purchased the ViseeO from Comand Online, of course we'll upgrade it for you - just email us, let us know your invoice number or roughly when you bought it and we'll give you a RMA, send it back, we'll upgrade and return it asap.
Cradles purchased after today in the shop will automatically have the new software on it as we'll be upgrading our stock before shipping.
