W123 Seat base info

Hi Everybody,

I have taken the drivers seat out of my 1983 200T (RHD) but cannot find what is stopping the height adjuster part of the seat from sliding off the runners. I have removed the philips screw from the front of each runner. Can anybody help it is driving me nuts!!

Been there done that on my W123 280TE.: I tried to do the same and failed!

If I recall, the runner rail is crimped at one end: this prevents the runner been separated from the rail.
