W218 CLS63 seats and W212 E63 seats

I'm a little confused

Basically they are the same car and same seats BUT I've seen 2 different type of controls at the side.

Bottom is for Dynamic & Comfort, top just for electric adjustment?

Top is a Multi-Contour seat; bottom is a Dynamic Multi-Contour seat.

Simples...

ETA: The top seat is Nappa Leather and the bottom one is Standard Leather

So the top seat is better than the bottom seat, if I got you correctly?

I got a sore **** sitting in My E63 which had the bottom controls so hopefully the top seat is a little more comfortable, I'm hoping lol

There's probably little if any difference in comfort between the two seats. The bottom one is dynamic in that it reacts to cornering, pumping up the bolster to hold you firmly. Otherwise the bladders etc. are the same as those in the Comfort seat. Plus you get massage (Pulse) from the bottom seat.

The top seat is covered with nappa leather, softer and smoother than the leather on the bottom seat.

And massaging, but only in the backrest, not the squab.
