A friend near Lancaster (Lancs) is looking for a big Mercedes saloon for a project. He has previously owned both W140 and W220 S-Class saloons and is looking for another. Must have all the bells and whistles, a bloody big V8 engine and be driveable. Mileage and bodywork not too important as he intends to work some particular magic on it. Budget - max £3.5k, possibly slightly more if the spec is right.

Please PM me if you know of anything that might be suitable and I will forward the information to him.

Thanks.

Our 2-owner from new (family not company) s430 lwb may be for sale. 65k miles historied, Chelcedony+Java, possible 3 x choice of wheels, has phone/comand/distronic/parktronic/heated and cooled f & r memory seats. 2000W plate car.

Driveable? Use it daily, just replaced it with a q7!

Think its worth a bit more than £3.5k though.

Er.... Chelcedony - is that an overpaid London soccer player?

Java - does this mean it has a coffee machine in the back?

Not a clue what a q7 is; is it a question between 6 and 8?

This is too complicated for a poor northern lad like me. PM me your phone number and I'll give you my chum's number.... then you can sort it out between you.

Ta

Steve

Will do.

Chalcedony is a very pale silvery blue, and Java is black leather.

Cheers Steve

I have bought a car from jonnyboy and personally vouch for his pricing and descriptions.
It will certainly be worth a trip down south to pick up any car John is selling.

Thanks John kind words indeed(that tenner is in the post lol).
