Not much else to change except on condition.
You need to check the brake pads and discs for excessive wear.
Check tyres and steering linkage for wear and play.
Usual lights/bodywork/door hinges etc.etc.

I personally would use OEM parts, but others will disagree I am sure.

Check steering damper and ball joints

They're always going on mine! Heavy cars....

wot abt the timing chain tensioner???

what about the belt???

Also should the MAF sensor be cleaned even though car is running fine. Does have a very little Erratic Idle. needle jumps 100rpm in the revs when the car is idling

don't worry about the chain tensoiner. Diff oil is not a serviceable item either according to MB but it is worth changing.
