V8 MTY on a black Maserati Quatroporte in St James' Park. Btw, I think the Maserati GT is the most beautiful modern car on the roads today. Aggressive understatement if you get what I mean.

Is that a genuine pic.? Assuming that's a Sprinter neither "NO5" or "N05" show up on the DVLA vehicle enquiry (although that isn't always completely up to date).

Yes, it was in Queen Victoria Street heading towards Bank (London), it was taken a while back now, they might have bought a new Sprinter since then!
Yes, I've seen that quite a few times driving around central London over the years.

The reminds me of a former colleague of mine who picked up M6 BMW for a few hundred quid when it was first issued around 1995, as he'd heard a rumour that BMW were planning to launch a new 6-series. Saw it advertised in Autocar a couple of years ago for £80k, IIRC. Now residing on a 5 Series, apparently.
More recently, another colleague bought T44 FUR, again for a few hundred quid, as it resembled his surname. Before he'd had a chance to assign it to his car, he'd received an offer from a broker whose client was offering £4500 for it. Needless to say, the deal was done.

Ive just seen DR 09 HED on a white RR Phantom Drophead , for good measure there was a matching white 4 door Phantom S1 NGH .

That Phantom with S1 NGH was bought from Romans in Surrey, it was on their forecourt for a few weeks recently.....They have all kinds including Veyrons in every colour you could think of and more SL Black and CLK Black than you can shake a stick at!!
