That plate belonged to Jimmy White,saw it a couple of times in Claygate a few years back when he had it on a white Range Rover.
Yes, at the bottom of the plate it had written: "WHIRLWIND", and he lives in Epsom, so not a million miles away! Tried to have a look at the driver, but had a baseball cap on!
