What does the "CC" relate to?

Stands for Consular Corps, so the car is probably attached to an Embassy. Some countries in mainland Europe issue plates with a green CC band for this purpose, but I've not seen the badge on a UK-registered car before, and certainly not as what appears to be sticker.

I don't think the "CC" was a sticker.

The car was parked in a disabled parking bay and was displaying a blue disabled badge.

The car also looked to have been refurbished (at least re-painted).

My old man had it on his TWR XJS cabriolet about 15 years ago sadly he died and sold the car and plate when he became ill, I loved that car and it looked cool with a small bolt to show Hugh, I have seen posts on here that suggest people have checked a number to see what vehicle it is on!! Anyone know what carries this plate now?
