Anyone seen any good number plates on cars lately?

AVR 1L on a white Porsche 911 in Bexley this evening and J1 MME on a Black Range Rover in Chigwell earlier in the evening.

TTT77T on a W211 E320CDI in Edinburgh thismorning.

Looked pretty cool actually.

'020' seen to day.... some sort of black 4x4, I think Q7.

Also seen X5 TOY on a... well BMW X5.

A neighbour used to have G-Wagen 500 with the place G500. He changed it for an Audi A4, so it lost some of it's apeal now...

Ther'es a Rolls around here with S 007.

There is also Ferrari with T1TUS.

I saw S500L on a new Mercedes S class last week.

I'm not sure what plate it really was, but judging by the smoke coming out the back when he put his foot down it was no S500!

Sorry to be self indulgent but years of wanting came to fruition today :o
100% legal as well

Congrats DS! That's a gorgeous car too. Mind if I ask what it got to in the end? I seem to recall you had an upper limit of about 15K?

Looks absolutely amazing - even better on the car well done.

The plate on the Aston looks nice (knowing what your business is called)

The SO10 MON went for £6400 plus vat and commision so about £8k in all, in my opinion its worth it and as it only went on yesterday Im not quite used to it yet.
The Aston will be sold on monday sadly (see new thread on selling a car)

E3
On a S class in cov, been around for years.

I own a few

GO GO AMG :bannana: (G O 6 0 A M G)

XX GO MAD  (X X 6 0 M A D)

and my particular favourite

X X G O D S X :ban: (X X 6 0 D S X) - THE ego plate of them all!!

(well excluding XX60dXX - but someone got to that before me - unless the DVLA actually withheld it of course)

All i need now is 3 brand new cars to put them on LOL.

Joking aside I will be keeping them on retention as part of a numberplate investment portfolio.

Seen lots of great plates over the years, still think the best one was the first one i ever saw some 20 years ago, i was dropping a friend off in London, he'd just taken a great job offer and was relocating. Driving through the capital on a not to impressive alpha comming the other way i nearly gave myself whiplash with the double take i did when i saw
'O B O 1 1 0 X' comming in the opposite direction.

And so the fixation began......

' 1 CND ' on a white ML63 AMG in Tedders the other day , owned ( i think ) by the same people that own ' MED 1A '...

Those 63 AMG's look mean

MED 1A was bought by Tim Watts, the owner of the Pertemps employment agency, at the first DVLA auction in 1989. However, he may since have sold it, as he's based in Tamworth-in-Arden rather than Teddington. Seen here with another of his plates, his company also owns (or has owned) 1 JOB, 100 PR and 100 JAG.

No idea who owns 1 CND, but it was sold at a DVLA auction in 2004.

500 DAY on an SL320 - mouth > trousers :)

Also saw what I assumed was a Chinese knock-off of a LWB S class on the M25, until I realised it was a Maybach with the fuel cap not shut properly and not enough rubber in the arches. So I forgot the plate, but it was a good one.

Oh, and my C43 is (obfuscating) R431 XXX and I saw a black c43 with the plate immediately before, R430 XXX!
