Anyone seen any good number plates on cars lately?

Steve McQueen's (RIP) other car - when he is not driving the Mustang?

Not any more: the Arnage was swapped for an S65 some time ago, and the Vanquish for a DB9. :)

Yes, they've been giving pleasure to passers-by for many years.

MC 1 was formerly the property of Caffyns of Eastbourne, if I'm not mistaken.

wouldnt know mate, Martins had it for a good few years now

Bentley Continental- MRW 4N or Mr W4n as it was spaced...

Looks like his chinese takeaway paid off. Hats off to him! shame it wasn't Mr Miagi!

K4 MAL on a black E320 CDI today.

Dear Kamal, in future, wouldn't hurt letting a fellow Merc driver merge from a side street, thank you very much!

JCB have the consecutive numbers from JCB 1 to JBC 10, plus 12, 14, 17, 36, 52, 79, 123, 751 and 781; plus 4 JCB, 8 JCB (and possibly 1 JCB). The company also owns APB 1, GY 31, JNJ 78, MEG 10 and THA 1.

Parkway would have picked up those two VW numbers at DVLA auction in 2004. In total, DVLA have sold 33 VW plates since the auctions began, raising just short of £125,000.

And your Golf's number plate really ought to be on a Peugeot... ;)

JCB 123 is the one I regularly see. The owner of Parkway has enough money I know!! I used to work for him.

Ironic thing is, my mrs had a 206 aswell! But it leads youngsters to try and find out whether my car really has 206 horses. sadly its not but one day it may have!

Does anyone has a specific Mr. Wan in mind?

Because it could easily be reference to Marwan, a common Arab name...?

...something to do with the recent 'misunderstanding' regarding the alleged James Hunt's 911?

Mr Wan is a famous Chinese restauranteur, or maybe not that famous!!!
