UK plates looked a bit strange (spacing and font) no dealer reg marks on them. I cant find it on euro car parts number plate check; shows that R1LLY is registered to a E class.

The one I posted is but that isn't the one that was spotted (R11LY) - that was a suggestion as to what the plate could have been but obviously not as it is on a Merc...

They've tinkered with something to get R11LY if that is what it looked like.
