C350e owners club

I agree, it really could show over 100mpg when you're getting that on a pure or mostly electric run! You can get those figures, you have to switch to l/km and then convert, you then get mpg figures for above 100, only figured that out because I used it as part of my backing evidence trying to prove the issue to MB, haven't heard anything back from them so far though.....

They went ahead and reset the KOM module in my car which of course did nothing as it's a problem with Me Connect, have sent an email suggesting they speak with the developers of the web app as it's not a problem with my car, but I don't have high hopes.

Hello from the new owner. Mine is a month old. FYI and comparison: 3850 miles on the motorways just done (80-90 mph, fully loaded) with the consumption result of 36.6 mpg. Thanks in advance for all the information and help I will source from all of you!

No issues here - I had to change from litres to mpg which was easy enough but my Mercedes Me web app showed 99.9 for the weekend use as I was driving wholly on electric..

Once I reset to mpg everything is fine - except it confirms overall average at 45mpg rather than the 138mpg in the brochure (brochure produced by VW). I am happy with the 45mpg (over 11k) as it compares well with my previous CLS 350CDI

Whoa - one month in and you've already done nearly 4000 miles!

Fairly decent mpg though - pretty much what I'm expecting from the car in reality. I think someone here summed it up perfectly - think of the hybrid aspect as a supercharger and you're on the money.

In my experience the MPG go up significantly after the run in period ... I'm often seeing around 49 on longer motorway journeys when cruising around the 70-75 mark.

I'm struggling to find replacement tyres for the 350e in Hancock like originals. Tried Leeds and Huddersfield and they are saying they can't get them ??? Anyone else had this. BTW the attitude of the after sales team at Leeds was shocking.

OK, now the web app reports 80mpg max. Interesting that the iPhone app shows 91.1mpg for my journey this morning which is as it showed on the dashboard.

Looks like someone messed up the recent web app update!

If you are somewhere between Leeds and Huddersfield try Ian at IDS. Very helpful and he deals with Hankook.

(If you are actually after Hancock, that maybe something else entirely, and I apologise in advance!) :p

Looks like it. My web app is stuck on 80. Car is showing 99.9. :dk:

I've set mine to l/100km as this works correctly and you can convert, which actually gives you correct figures if you've gotten over 100mpg too!

The other day I was amused that I had got exactly 134mpg (after converting from l/100km) from start on my commute....i've actually gotten the advertised mpg!

I invite everyone to register the issue, might speed up a resolution....

Mercedes me connect can be contacted by telephone on 008 009 777 7777 or 0207 660 9993, Monday - Friday between 08:00
& 20:00 (CET).

Telephone? How very digital of them.

Went on an overnight trip by plane to Brussels this week from Heathrow. Left me with a dilemma as to optimise flights and cost, flew out BA terminal 5 and back to terminal 2 with Brussels Airlines. Where to park car? Went for meet and greet option in the end, worked a treat. But more importantly using the app I could see where they had driven it to (car park 6 miles away) and more reassuringly that upon landing it had moved to terminal 2 car park awaiting my return! These little things . Now for the email re: App update and mpg, the scrolling down to see charging functions by swiping the screen is alsomuch worse.

There has been an update to the iPhone app which shows the correct mpg:

However the website still shows 80mpg! :wallbash:
