He's a bad driver.

He held back from getting in front of the lorry and then sped up when he knew (I doubt this was his first time here) the lanes were merging and thus got the footage he wanted.

Any other person who was rammed (?) by a lorry would not have allowed it to happen again and again...but he kept coming back for more.

Truck driver got out of the cab, opened the car door, pulled out the driver and smacked him in the mouth. He then got back in the truck, drove back onto the motorway and carried on with his journey. Said nothing either to the car driver or to me.

After about 15 minutes he said "I don't think he'll do that again".

No dash cams or mobile phones in those days!

It's still the same sort of person though*; think because there's an element of barrier between you that they think they can get a bit brave but when it comes to the crunch they haven't got anything to back it up with.

He's a poor actor...he changes lane to overtake the lorry, then hangs back to the point he wants to "engineer".

By his own admission he'd been there before and had seen a "situation" with another car.

My personal stance is that he's an attention seeking **** with a major problem, but the wagon driver should not have reacted as he did, even with the hassle he was getting.

That about sums it up..

No defending the hgv driver as it could have been far more serious but this guy seems like a grade A p**** to me. He looks to be egging on the lorry driver and he foolishly takes the bait. Seeing the other dash cam footage on the roundabout it looks to me like he is purposely engineering situations so he can get some meaty footage. He doesn't seem to like hgv drivers, hopefully he will take on driver who gave SS201 a lift and receive his comeuppance
