Have you read the thread ? All the rude and personal remarks have come from the op .this may not be political correct thing to say on this forum but
Why are most of the c63 owners always looking / seeking for constant aprovement all the time regarding there cars weather it be about performance / mechanical/ mpg / ect And if anyone happens to have a different or alternative view They get Accused of every crime under the sun ...

I accept ever one going to defend the car / model that they drive but it seams to me the c63 owners are paticulair defensive about that model and hunt in packs if anyone happens to disagree with there views .

I dont see many C63 owners disrupting the diesel and classic merc posts why can you not show the same respect in return, if you havent got anything constructive to post dont. And before some bright spark starts trolling all the historical posts to prove me wrong dont bother, I am sure there are examples however it seems to me that ALL recent C63 posts have been ruined by the mindless few.

I see you have completely ignored my question about "aprovement".

I stand by my comments and yes I would say the same thing to somebody who continually exhibited the same behaviours as that person has in this and other threads. This is a social forum and in my view is no more exempt from the rules of normal social behaviour. It seems DM may behave "in real life" as he does on here. If that's the case and this whole scenario had played out in a pub or at a meet I'd equally have no problem in saying what I've said on here. I don't like bullies and I particularly don't like people who like to lob grenades and then play the "who me ? No not me guvnor" card.

For the avoidance of doubt it has absolutely nothing to do with anybody have differing views to my own but everything to do with the consistently provocative misrepresentation, twisting and fabrication of words. The fact that at one stage the individual was asked to refrain but came right back leading with "red rag to a bull" and further antagonistic responses seems lost on you.

I have & you clearly have only read the bits you want to,in my eyes there is only one person on this forum that continually belitles anyone that dare disagree with his comments(this is a public forum & everyone is entitled to there opinion regardless as to whether everyone agrees with it)at times remarks made by the said person have been down right rude & yes there is a pattern regarding anything c63 & it isn't from c63 owners(i'm not one by the way)boils down to jealously-that simple!

My feelings exactly,look back over countless threads where DM has done exactly what your saying & the posters that have been the victims of his belittlement decide to contribute on this forum no more,since another forum member was banned indefinately recently Dm has sucked other members in that may not be aware of past sour threads he has disrupted-he seems to get a kick from stirring things up then watching as other members get involved without realizing exactly what he's up to,he's obviously got far too much time on his hands,27,000+ posts Zzzzzzzz

There are not that many people left with good mechanical skills on the forum - its more social nowadays.

DM asks a question or makes a statement as he would on any other thread and C63 owners decide this is a slight and whine. They won't be happy until they have a helpful knowledgeable member banned

I do wish that we did have the private amg lounge as it least those who feel they are special would have their own corner to stand and chat, albeit with limited technical help!

DM should as I try avoid reading anything with a C63 in the tag line.

Incidentally if C63 owners really want to know they should try 1 or 2 threads without a C63.

PS I don't want a C63, despite the fine car that they are and I'm quite happy with my cars. I'm not jealous just exasperated

To an extent I understand your exasperation.

I would add though that I have repeatedly stated that my issue with the way DM has behaved in this thread has absolutely nothing to do with any pro or anti C63 factions whether real or perceived.

Additionally any suggestion that "helpful mechanical advice" might have been proffered in this thread on his behalf is manifestly untrue, instead there is a lengthy breadcrumb trail of facetious comment and antagonistic selective wordplay.

Lastly this thread was about the personally felt disappointment felt at the mechanical failure of a brand new and much anticipated car, the fact that the specific car in question is a certain model is irrelevant to me and I for one feel absolutely no sense of "specialness" as a result. I would be grateful if you would acknowledge that please in any further responses rather than including me in any clique, again real or perceived.

Nobody(certainly not me)is questioning Dm's knowlege of cars or there mechanics it's the other side of his posts that get peoples backs up(not just c63 owners)if he or anyone else is banned it will be mods decisions not c63 owners or anyone else for that matter,i do feel as soon as a c63 owner seeks help with a problem with their car(as a c/e/b/cls etc owner would do)they are treated with negative/sarcastic replys that wouldn't occur if they had a more run of the mill/older mb,i have also noticed a most of the negative c63 comments come from diesel owners-just an observation..........
