Looking for data sheet info of M156 E63. 6.3 AMG PP

Hi everyone,

I have been looking for specific information of the engine on the web with AMG Performance Package in order to know exactly what is the torque, BHP compare to normal E63 6.3 AMG, but for some reason I cannot get detailed info of this extra power fitted by AMG. If anyone could tell me that would be great...

I have a pdf copy of the pricelists for 2010 and 2011 E-Class Saloon & Estate and unlike for the later BiTurbo engine, it makes no mention of any power or torque increase from the Performance Package (P30) on the M156-engined car over the standard 525bhp / 630Nm.

This is the thing, I think I have got this same price list but absolutely no info concerning the Amg performance package...

Wasn't the performance package at the time just brakes, suspension, LSD and Alcantara steering wheel?

Well I have been informed that it is actually increase 40bhp to a total of 565bhp from the standard 525bhp and the maximum speed limit is also increased to 186 mph. But I am unaware of the torque delivery, whether this is increase or remains the same?

It's says 11 more bhp than the old W211 E63

Your correct there is no power increase for the W212 E63 6.2na ONLY for the Biturbo with PPP

You are right. I got this info wrong. The total BHP is 525 with 630nm torque.
This is what AMG Performance Package does include in the car:

AMG Ride Control performance suspension, provides tauter tuning in all three suspension modes
AMG rear locking differential with 40% lock
AMG body-coloured boot lip spoiler
Electric rear roller blind

The additional hp does apply from 2012 models and is 35bhp extra...

Yes and they are all Biturbo M157 from 61 plate onwards. The 6.2na M156 stopped at 11plate.
