Sounds good! Something for the diary, and only 3 days from my birthday too.

Me too :bannana: :bannana:

Just over two weeks to go. :bannana:

So is anybody thinking of having their windows tinted? Let me know and I can negotiate a deal with Dec from DB tints, he needs a demonstration car to work on, on the day, otherwise he will be doing a Nova

We really could do with a car care specialist coming to do some demonstrations, anybody know someone?

Tim, from Mobile Centre UK will be coming along with various GPS/Laser detectors and a real laser gun to demonstrate the various devices.

Local paper has been spoken to and they are hoping to send a reporter on the day.

Anybody know of anybody else who would like to come or needs to be invited, please let me know.

Look forward to seeing all your cars and you owners too. :)

yeh why not! The only car i know it doesnt work on is a 208 as the exhaust is too big and i dont have the wider attachments as yet.. But if anyone else is interested, lemme know. Ill bring a demo one with me too..

For sure. Some of us will arrive later, but I would imagine the event to go on well past 2-3, maybe 4?

I may not even get there for 2 pm.

There is a guy called Mark who does Swissol stuff - he does TT's a lot via their owners club and they rate him really highly - not cheap - but a phenominal job apparently. Gives good discounts to the TT mob. Could be worth an approach. I've PM'd you his contact details ;)

The infamous WaxWizzard?

If so he promised us a lot previously and never turned up. I agree on other forums he is a hit though.

I wrote to him - got no response :(

Blimey! Offence taken at such a laid back comment. Wow.

I think up upset MBOA and the Official Owners club in one hit once when I referred to a "stuffy dead MB forum". They both assumed I meant them and took offence. Funny looking back.

I a going to my first TT Dyno GTG this month, I don't even have the car yet. It is only 3 minutes from my house though :)

I couldnt see any offence in your comments on page 1, It read to me that you were saying this will be better than all our previous GTG's,The only way to go "bigger and better each time".

TBH honest i cant even remember anymore. But i went to one of the other forums after a few weeks away and found that people werent happy. Although Bear did try and set them straight... Cheers mate!

I am sorry to say that I have sold my C32 :( :(
Very sad to see it go......
However I do have my new car which is not a Merc but is German and I am very pleased with it :) :)

I was just wondering if you guys would mind if I came along for the view and maybe hide up with Big ED by the skip in the corner ???!!!

Of course you can, it would be rude not to turn up seeing as you are only a couple of miles away.

Do you mind me asking why you sold the C32 and what you have replaced it with? Tell me to mind my own business if you like. ;)

MBClub. The independant club run by enthusiasts for enthusiasts, for all German marques apart from Mercedes Benz :D

Wellll....!!!
I quite fancied a new C55 but waiting lists and perhaps a complete new model next year is holding me off. At the moment there are very few C32's on the market so I sold mine for a very good price but only after I had a few problems with the history of the car...
A slight change in my job direction also prompted me to go for a bigger car and after test driving several I found that the best choice for comfort economy quality size and equipment I bought a VW Touareg. I know its a huge come down in performance of which I am painfully aware but its sheer prescence and comfort is making up for it and I still think there is a little more than usual "exclusivity" with this car so I am at the moment very happy with it and besides a small .....shhhh...tuning kit.... might be on the table.
So see you at the GTG and I'll show you around. :)
By the way its not the V10 just the humble 2.5Tdi,, but it does have a lot of goodies as extras Hehe. ;) ;)

PS. Sym after the C32 no way M3 back to normal speeds for me now especially with 6 points.

Mark.
