checked their shop, nothing comes up for #203 819 00, lousy navigation they have on heir site.

its the offical brabus site mate so thats as direct as you can get - so if they dont have it no one will - or its just not been look for in the right area of the site or it was an incorrect number - id call them directly which is what i did and told them the exact model car i had and the pins i wanted - the salesman emailed me the pics - i said yes and paid job done! i same as you found the site hard to navigate but i left the hard work to them and now have shiny new pins

I HAVE A COUPE SO I ONLY HAD TWO - SO PAID FOR A SET OF TWO. THE TWO FRONT ONES WERE SIMPLE SCREW ONS BUT I GOT THE DEALERSHIP TO DO IT FOR ME FOR FREE AS DIDNT WANT TO DAMAGE THEM. UNSURE ABOUT THE REAR ONES BUT FROM WHAT IVE HAVE HEARD THEY ARENT SIMPLE SCREW ONS LIKE THE FRONT ONES AND REQUIRE ALOT OF WORK TO INSTALL - NOT SURE ABOUT THE EBAY LINK - AGAIN FOR ME IF IM GOING TO PAY THAT MUCH FOR THE REAL THING I WANT TO BE 100% AND GO STRAIGHT TO THEM DIRECT UNLESS YOU HAVE A TRUSTED SELLER YOU KNOW YOU CAN GET GENUINE FOR CHEAPER. I WOULD GIVE THEM A RING AS THE PROCESS WAS VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD WHEN I DID THAT

isn't r171 an slk car?

yeah they are definately screw on pins.
i need 4 of the 171 819 00 pins
i will have to call a brabus dealer and confirm.

factory pins are black plastic round pins, they sit very tight, has to be removed gently with pliers

mate this is where my knowledge is lacking - those are the two numbers i can see on the receipt - nothing more - but if it helps i have the salesman name at the mercedes approved brabus dealer in the uk on the receipt

milton keynes - he placed the order for me and made sure they were the correct ones for my coupe so unsure if there for a slk ? all i know is they fit perfect and he said they were there right ones for my coupe

yes the original plastic ones needed pliers to get off but i didnt trust myself at not causing damage so on my way to work just passed by where i bought the car and they did it for free - they sit tight and have never moved or rotated - they are very good quality and for me worth the money.

if the service in sweden was as good as here you will have yours ordered and sorted by tomorrow!

sorry i couldnt help you more with the part number stuff etc just pulled them straight out box and binned as was excited to get them on asap!

ha! should be standard depending on what taxes you have there - mine for the pair were £52 after tax

just got the coupe back from the dealer!she has been poorly!-posted a thread while back about the ticking coming from the exhaust? well wasn't normal in the end needed a new exhaust! - there was also a loose connection in the fan but she is back to full power now!

Now left with the big decision - place the carlson lip on before or after gritting season??? im like a kid with a new toy - my heart says now now but my head says just wait a little bit more and enjoy i chip free mod for longer - what do you guys reckon?

hey magoo - went on my ebay - seems the seller has now bum,ped up there prices! was 21 when i ordered - now there £32! - dont they know its a recession lol

Also on clothes, electronics, yeah on olmost everything it's 25%!
I think it's the highest tax rate in EU?

most swedish shops are arbitrary when it comes to pricing for carparts.
I buy my stuff abroad.

hey iknow cheeky but hey guess they gotta make a living ! hence why our botox prices go up pre xmas and new year!

still not finish in just got her back after needing a new exhaust and the fan sorted - must have been pre faults as car was brand new but under warranty so new parts put in no question

sat there discussing with bodyshop when to put the new lip on as dr nab made a good point about gritting season - lads there think for the amount paid may as well wait after - i dont know - what do you think? also while was there they showed me this brabus tunning kit which looks quite tasty!

Can someone with a C350 check whether there are two separate exhaust systems that run to the individual back boxes or if there is a branch off the one exhaust to the other side? This might be an easier way to get around my issue of an unbalanced looking rear end
