New car coming. What to do re detailing

Britemax Spray and Shine is £25 odd delivered on the Bay of Fleas at the minute for a US Gallon. That is a bargain.
 
One regret is that I didn't get the wheels 'sealed' early doors. Washing the wheels is a pain! Might get those done profesionaly in the new year.


I always buy cars with easy to clean alloys. If it's ingrained brake dust you are trying to get out, polish gets it out easily (if you have painted alloy wheels, not sure about diamond cut). The polish then acts as a seal and makes it easier to wash next time.
