Just PM'd drifting (Paul) to ask for some help with his director friend.
If that fails, maybe change the date to a week either side or can anyone think of another suitable location?
I think we will be able to book a night stay there at the moment though by paying a £50 deposit.
I will be moving yards near that time, so I don't know what kind of surface or facilities I will have.

Further update, the weekend of the 11th is Ok, the GM said that it is a popular time, but he would give a generous discount. For those who wish to stay, phone the hotel and ask for Sheila, you *MUST* mention "mbclub" for the discount to apply.

Tea & Bikkies will also be provided.

This includes the evening meal and breakfast, plus use of all the facilities.
If anyone is interested in making a longer stay of it, you can get it for £54 pppn.
