Hoping for some help - already searched the forums but cant see an obvious answer.
Currently updating the SD Car from my 2015 C250, using the Merc Download manager.
It successfully backed up the card, and is now doing the update, however over the space of the last hour the top right box (where its says what is installed, and displays a globe image when started up) is just saying loading and none of the progress/status lines have moved from 0%.
Is this usual, or is something up?I.E how long does it usually take to do this?
Off to France tomorrow and would rather cancel the update and load the back up if something is up
