From what i can tell they should work buddy on both Apple Carplay and Android Auto, so it shouldn't be a problem swapping phones. They both should work wireless or wired. Downside is the USB socket inside the armrest compartment only delivers slow charge so when wanting to charge the phone, you have to use the cigarette lighter instead.

That will be a long wait buddy I've not come across an S in estate form since October '22. In fact I really can't remember if I ever seen one on Autotrader and I'm just scratching my head now. I did come across a black one in saloon form, it was a real gem, had only 28k on the clock 1 owner and at that time in October'22, it was going for £34k. In the last 5 months, I think the prices have dropped a bit of the ones I remember seeing which have not sold. I'm noticing a price drop of about 2 grand since October although not sure if the prices have stabilised as yet?

Do visit mb dealership websites to for approved used cars, will help widen your search.

Coming back from Harrogate on Saturday I was overtaken by a 2012 212 E63 saloon and it sounded absolutely unbelievable as it came past. I'm assuming that would've been a twin turbo car?

Agreed, bought mine on 50,000 miles over 4 years ago, it's now on 105,000 miles & drives just as well as it did when i bought & i've had no serious issues - with all the power available on tap the engine is never really put under any stress & feels like it will last forever..

The chap at one of the tuning garages I was speaking to about fitting a capristo exhaust on mine just mentioned coil packs may be the one weakness on these engines in his opinion. I was looking looking to have the spark plugs potentially changed so will ask them to test the coil packs
