Don't think that is a legal plate, or even if it exists ...

DVLA spot 'offensive' plates and will not issue them ..... such as

' J1 HAD '

' PAK 1 ' in actual fact i think this was issued years ago and then withdrawn fairly recently if i remember rightly .....

' ASH 1T '

and other such like .....

I'm almost certain that P155 OFF wouldn't have got past them ..... probably a show plate or an anti camera plate, either way he would be nicked if he was riding around with it .....
