Unfortunately, I think you'll probably have to resort to a spreadsheet to get a decent idea of what'll work best for you. An economy 7 style tariff would work well assuming you charge at night, and can make use of some other benefits by shifting times you do things like washing or heating water.
Probably the first step is to work out roughly how much energy you will be putting in the car on an average month, comparing that with your current(!) use and getting a feel for the change.
FWIW, buying the car encouraged me to get solar PV and a Powerwall installed so my charges are now "free" (ignoring the upfront cost of course.....). They won't be free come winter but will still be cheaper.
