Impatience got the better of me and I have just got back from the best afternoons modding I ever done (and I had a few!)
First Mod: Smart Nav installed. Button concealed next to cigar lighter, so system is completely invisible! :bannana:
Second Mod. Parrot CK3100 voice activated blue tooth phone control install also in cubby hole for cigar lighter, microphone hidden in light cluster in the proper place :bannana:
Third Mod: Active Cornering lights activated by software alone. Only works at below 25mph, as you turn into a road or drive the appropriate fog lamp, gentle fads on and off again as the wheel straightens. This mod is SO cool it gets :bannana: :bannana:
Fourth Mod. Auto folding mirrors activated only by software. When you lock the car the mirrors fold shut and when you open the door (not on unlock but when you start to pull the door handle!) they fold out again. :bannana: :bannana: As an extra the fold on locking appears in the newly appeared convienience menu in the cluster and de deactivated from the steering wheel :bannana:
Fifth mod. The Alarm now chirps once on unlocking and three times on locking
(given that the mirrors fold while this is happening
) Software activated only!
Sixth Mod. Temperature now replaces the kph speedo BUT its switchable and has generated a full screen mph digital speedo which is activated by the steering wheel
I think there are some more things on the menu but I'll have a play tomorrow as its snowing. One very seriously chuffed modder!!
