The only problem with having a CL on the drive is where do you go from here?!
I'm still looking after a CL55K which I take for a gentle stroll on Sundays...it's an awesome car.

Absolutely - you have to keep this one Lee - make some cash on the others, but keep this for GTG's, days out with the kids etc.

At least until a W216 comes along.

We are a family of five, so the days out in a four seat coupe might be a bit tricky.:fail

I do really like this car, I've flirted with buying one in the past but the 'potential' common faults have always put me off.

This CL is nearly fully loaded; it has Distronic, Keyless Go, heated/cooled memory seats etc etc

If the red light comes and goes then the pump is probably loosing pressure. I had exactly the same in mine recently. I have the old pump from mine still as I or a second hand one cheap enough which has done the job for now. Might get my pump rebuilt and sell it on...

Hi there, yea my mrs is from Newmarket, and Ive got afew mates there so I go down there on the odd occasion...

Cheers for that , they were Team Dynamics equinox ones, but I have taken them off the car and am refurbing them at the moment. Got some BBS reps on while im doing them as I dont get much spare time!!!! hopefully have them done for next summer!!!!!

sweet im from bar hill pretty sure ive seen it in tesco's car park aswell,i went down to that meet once when i had an m3. cl's are awesome so nearly bought a black one a few months back with 19" amg splits on it.looked so good kind of wish i had now as i have bitten off more than i can chew with my current benzo,ah well

Oh really, I live in st ives... What m3 did you have, e46? What car you got now? To be honest, the cl hasn't been the most reliable, I've had to do quite a lot of maintenance, just lucky I've got afew mechanic mates and can do a bit myself! They are amazing cars though, you never see them on the road which is what I like, they are so rare!

sweet know a few guys in st ives,my m3 was and e36 m3 cab,this one.

now have a 190e 2.3-16v cosworth but its a ****** headache also lucky as my mate works for bensten motors in st ives but i havent took this to him yet its on the list of things to do,without him id be screwed as im not good at tinkering with motors i just like driving them and polishing them.

yeah mate that was the one,seriously mint 70k 4 owner beauty was a lovely car and was sad to see it go.one of my ex girfriends lived next door to c&v i went there last year sometime to have a look arounnd but got the feeling i was trespassing!!haha maybe ill go back there in my car and see what the crack is.
