Meet Silvia the s211 e55 7 seater

Thanks buddy, a2114700000 will not fit the a2114705094 though, which is why you have to buy the whole lot at £1,200 at least that was what is was told.

The 1794 part though is still showing at Teile though so may be worth double checking via a parts guy.

Found this one from Alps

E55 AMG Fuel pumps now replaced...wow!

Im sitting here stewing and tbh all i want to do is set fire to the bloody thing sick of site of it atm lol

Stop looking out of the window lol. Hope you have a good one yesterday mate.

If you need any EPC help, feel free to PM me Gav

For Sale Thread here :(

Mercedes s211 e55k 7 Seater for Sale

Totally gutted, and given up

Are you sure you want to lose £3300 and all you’ve spent so far?

If I were you I would sorn it, and then come back to fix it up when I’d saved up a few £££...

You’ve almost perfected it, just needs this fuel issue sorted and it’s a cracking car mate. Honestly just garage it a few weeks and come back to it later.

I've had a pretty naff 40th bud, i feel positivly drained, My Boy has a Operation on the 24th Great Ormond street and simply cant take any more.

I would also like to thank everyone who as offered advise and help on here it really is apreciated, The car is staying booked in at Waterhouse this coming week. if the filter cures it i will keep her, if not i will have to break or sell. BUT will sell before if a Offer which is acceptable comes in.

Sorry to hear you are not feeling the best lately. Times like this can test you.

Best wishes to you and your family.

It's easy to say don't give up by if it's causing stress then no car is worth that. I hope the problem is cured this week but if not then let it go, another one will come along.

Whichever way it goes, it happens for the best. Good luck Gav, I really hope it gets sorted this week

It's a shame you are calling it a day but you have to go the way you need to go with these things.

Health is worth way more than money...

Good luck with the sale.

Sorry to hear about all this Gav. You certainly don't deserve this & deserve a better time at the moment.

Guys.....how about a bit of MB Club UK crowd funding....I don't mind throwing 100 quid in the pot to start off.

Woh there Sir, I simply cannot justify your kind offer and suggestion, There are many many people out there far worse off than myself.

This was all my doing, i should have inspected the car properly before i bought it and not gone on the seller's words, I have no one else to blame but myself. I've always said if you cant afford the up keep than the car isn't right for you.

Yes im having a S*** time at the minute Both kids on top of the constant car issues work etc its just one of those patches.

I'm deeply humbled by the Offer/suggestion Sir but cannot accept it.

I knew you might say that. Sometimes though it is OK to accept some help when times are tough. However I understand your position & pride.

I have an XC90 7 seater 4.4 V8 sitting in my garden doing nothing. Your are more than welcome to have it for use for as long as you need if that helps another way. It is not precious to me as was a work horse I bought cheap owes me little. I don't get to help people much but maybe I can here.

^ What a fantastic and generous offer.
This is what makes forums like this great.
Well done rockits:thumb::thumb:

It is literally sitting there doing nothing & now surplus to requirements. It will be sold at some point but I have 3 to sell before this one of higher values/priority.

It only cost me 5k & has done 205k miles but still a cracking car. I would rather someone see some value using it rather than it sit there. Bought trade after the 1st owner part ex'd it at the Volvo dealer he bought it from & bought a new XC90 from them. Full Fawcetts Volvo history from day one. Amazing car for the money.

Gav, honestly your welcome to it for as long as you need. you've only got to just come & pick it up ;)
