I'd be careful. Apparently RS Trade cars are getting a bit of a reputation for selling insurance write off and not telling the customer. They seem fairly cheap but buyer beware. They don't want to know when found out either.

Its pretty much the going rate for these - the drivers wing and booner look a different share to the rest.

Its a pretty basic spec manual car. It about the what they're worth... 10yrs old, with 100k on the clock. I wouldn't go over 3k for it personally.

In the thread in question the advert didn't say anything about the car not being HPI clear or insurance categorised.
I would think the ones where it specifically says that the car is clear, then it is likely to be.

Always worth checking though.
