Hey Howard, if you're travelling down the M25 your car isn't going to look good afterwards. I was on it last night, between the A22 and the A3, it was more like a 'Dirt' road after they were finnished 'Gritting' !!!

So you better take more than the chamois, pressure cleaner might be a better option.....

Has anyone spoken to Steve in the last three days? I spoke to him on Tuesday and he was very unwell. His mobile is off and I'm wondering if he is a, alright? and b, able to come with his Star machine tomorrow?

If anyone gets in touch can they post here so that would be modders know if he is able to come.

What started off being a wash and polish on both cars, has now turned into a set of pads on the back of the CLK too
Out comes the polished Snap-on now

My mrs' CLK might not be going.
The rear pads were shot and the ones I had delivered were for the right car IE: 1999 CLK 230K, but they were wrong.
We matched the old ones up in the book and they came out as CLK55 AMG
So, it has (from previous pad change) CLK 430 front brakes and CLK55 back ones
